Reasonably weighty wine that seems to derive much of its flavour from bready yeast lees although there is a subtle suggestion of tree fruit and mineral. The texture is very good without the usual coarse tannins that is a feature in so many local examples of Pinot Gris. Rich, savoury wine. with a hint of sweetness.
