Fine, mineral-infused wine with green apple and lime zest flavours. Although the wine is slightly sweet it is balanced by fine, assertive and slightly green acidity. This wine will clearly have a long life. It's a wine for Riesling geeks. Lovely purity and drive but a tad green. Tasted again three months later - green flavours no obvious. Wonderful minerality. Score upgraded from 83.
