Delicately aromatic wine with a lifted aroma of lemon grass and nettles. Those characters are also evident on the palate together with green capsicum, sweet basil and riper tree fruit flavours. Silken-textured Sauvingon Blanc with a hint of sweetness and subtle, fruity acidity.
