The popularity of blending Cabernet Sauvignon with other red Bordeaux grape varieties has resulted in very few examples made from 100% of this noble grape. This is probably the best example of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon made in the very good 2005 vintage. It’s an elegant and powerful red with wonderful berry and cedar flavours supported by very classy French oak.
