The wine has a haunting perfume of violets, dark cherry, anise, mineral and roasted chestnuts. Silken-textured Pinot Noir with good concentration but delivered with supreme elegance. This is seriously good Pinot Noir that’s so good now it’s hard to justify bothering with bottle age.
