Slightly lighter in colour (I’ve previously described it as a light red) with pretty berry flavours and a pleasantly dry finish. Attractive wine showing the superiority of Merlot/Malbec over Pinot Noir.
Tasted: Aug 2008 Average price: NZD $22 (~USD $19)
The above price is the estimated retail price given by the wine maker when it was submitted for review. It may not reflect the actual current market price.
