Elderton Command Barossa Australia Shiraz 2000

5 Star Rating
94/100 55
The developed forest floor bottle-age characters in this intense yet elegant wine contrasted with the more youthful characters of other wines in the tasting. It gives a glimpse of what it will be, beacuse the wine has another decade or so of positive bottle development ahead of it. Weighty (but not heavy) Shiraz with an array of dried fruit, chocolate, coffee and anise flavours.
