Deeper than regular Rose. Saingee Rose. 72 hours maceration. 50% PM, 25% Ch, 25% PN. Colour only comes from PM. Chard and PN are not ripe to give acid and no colour. Rich, mellow, sweet/sour - very interesting but a tad rustic and disjointed. Has character but lacks finesse.
