Off-dry, clean, quite youthful. Restrained floral and tree fruit/apricot/quince flavours. Some phenolics but nicely woven into the fruit giving a good texture and helping promote a reasonably dry finish. Good purity and complexity. Botrytis influence? A tad herbal and slightly tough.
