This is a wine of great power and subtelty. Rather shy on the nose but the palate displays a Peacock’s tail of exotic flavours that transcend the lychee/Turkish delight characters normally found in other local examples. It’s hard for me to desribe the array of floral and spice flavours which are conversely easy to appreciate. A wonderfully gentle texture and a finish that lingers tantalisingly.
