This flagship Sauvingon Blanc was made by hand-picking selected parts of Craggy’s Martinborough vineyard. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed and the juice barrel fermented with the objective of subduing the variety’s exhuberant flavours and building density. The result is a soft-textured and powerful wine with stone fruit and elderflower flavours and a creamy texture.
