Rich, soft red with dark berry, chocolate, vanilla, plum and spicy oak flavours. An appealing wine with a backbone of ripe tannins that give a pleasantly drying finish. Quite a chewy red with a lingering finish. Like other Gimblett Gravels reds from this vintage the wine has soft, chewy tannins.
