This big and complex Chardonnay is a perennial favourite of mine. It shows typical intensity with an array of concentrated fruit and nutty/wholemeal/sizzled butter savoury influences. The texture is commendably soft, the length impressive and the finish bone dry without being too austere. Complete wine that’s about as good as I can remember from this label.
