Tangy, concentrated, bone-dry wine from the Awatere Valley with green capsicum, tomato leaf, gooseberry, mineral and a suggestion of nutty yeast lees flavours. I like the linear flavour and lengthy finish. Classy Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
