This is one of the very few, and possibly the only, Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc sealed with a cork. The wine is more about texture than taste. It is rich and creamy with a noticeable lees influence. The flavour profile is less “showy” than many but the mix of gooseberry, red capsicum and passion fruit flavours reflect true varietal character. They are linear and long.
