Only the second Pinot Gris made under the Cuve label, a limited edition brand featuring often experimental wines. This single vineyard wine has enjoyed a spectacularly successful debut at wine shows. A high altitude vineyard and late-harvested fruit provide pungent aromatics and textural richness. Pure and luscious peach/pear flavours with attractive nutty yeast lees characters and hints of spice/clove. Complex wine with a seductive texture and lingering finish.
