I didn’t expect too much from this blend of varieties so was pleasantly surprised to discover a fleshy, full-bodied white with a creamy texture and interesting flavours that include cut grass, capsicum and citrus. The wine is surprisingly fresh and drinking very well now. The only minor flaw is a slightly woody residue on the finish - but that’s nit-picking.
