Chateau Bouscasse Madiran Vielles Vignes France 2003

Madiran with the sort of density that confirms it is indeed made from very old vines. As well as intensity of flavour the wine has an appealing sweetness from very intense fruit flavours and high alcohol that balances its bold tannic structure. Big and complex wine with a seemingly infinite cellaring potential.
