A chardonnay Pinot Noir blend from this Moet & Chandon-owned winery in the Yarra Valley. Wonderfully complex, creamy wine with Chardonnay lending elegance and power while the Pinot Noir component adds mouth feel and a chocolate box nuance. The balance of this wine is exquisite. It’s truly dry with a beguilingly soft finish. Hard to explain but definitely worth experiencing.
