Now being sold for $39.99 by the FWDC with a big speal what a great deal this is for their customers. Do people still get sucked in by this sort of marketing? Wait six months and your see it for under 20 bucks. It’s happened before and will again. The $50.00 per bottle plus market is pretty dead in New Zealand unless you have a history i.e Temata Estate.

They’ve made a large investment and appear to be doing everything right. I guess if the wine’s as good as I think it will be and they approach the market in a careful manner a price like that may be achieveable – although I agree that it does seems a little daunting at this stage.

$60-70 per bottle..hmmm.. will they be in the league of say a Sophia or a Quarry or a Coleraine I wonder?
Pricing like that is a big call!
