Reasonably pale wine with straw/green tints. Moderately concentrated flavours of quince and pear with a subtle star anise/spice note. The first impression reveals a suggestion of sweetness that is moderated by fine tannins to give a medium/dry and lingering finish. Quite a gutsy style with good varietal flavours.
