Silken textured wine in a an appealing dry style (4g/l RS) with subtle floral, pear, spice/anise and mineral flavours. Lovely complex wine with a nice mix of pure, bright fruit and savopury lees flavours. Tasted with a vertical flight back to 2003 and marginally beaten by the truly excellent 2007 vintage. An impressive range of wines showing pedigree and an ability to age well.
