Light, crisp Riesling with mineral and citrus flavours. The wine has 7g/l of residual sugar but obvious tannins ensure a drying finish. A little closed now but may surprise with bottle age. Tasted with a vertical back to 2005. My favourite wine was the 2007 vintage - a wine of similar sweetness with lovely tension and purity. I also liked the 2008 vintage very much for its soft texture and pure flavours.
