This wine is cut or two above the Gimblett Gravels label for only a few dollars more. It scores particularly well in texture with gobs of sweet fruit smothering fine, ripe tannins. Flavours include ripe red berry, white and black pepper, some floral/violet notes and spicy oak. An appealing varietal wine at a good price.
