A slightly green, flinty Riesling with fine acidity and some nice mineral influence. A reasonably austere style that finishes very dry. Would have benefited from a little more ripeness. Nice purity. The flavour starts well but falls away a tad in the middle. Fairly typical of Central Otago in a cool vintage.
