40% Merlot, 30% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dense wine with an array of berry, dark fruit/plum, spice, wild herb and classy oak flavours. The wine has an appealing hint of sweetness that fades to a pleasantly drying finish. Decant for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy with or without food.
