It was only a matter of time before Astrolabe released a funky, barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc. Taihoa is from a Kekerengu vineyard. Intense mineral and lemon grass flavours give a strongly varietal signature while the oak and nutty yeast lees characters stay in the background but add complexity and style. One of the classier examples of its style.
