Very concentrated Riesling with masses of mineral, nectarine and apricot flavours. The first impression suggests the wine is very sweet but knife-edged acidity soon counters that impression and the wine is only moderately sweet on the finish. Loads of tension between acidity and sweetness makes this a classic.
