“AD” is Alpha domus’ top label, reserved for selected wines from favourable vintages. Rich, creamy Chardonnay with nice lees and sizzled butter characters. Quite oaky with strong peach and other tree fruit flavours. A big and rather traditional Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay.
